ACCOMODATIONS
Canad Inns Destination Centre: To book one of these rooms call the hotel front desk at (204) 727-1422 and quote the group name “Prairie Organics”. The Prairie Organics rate for a Standard (2 Queen beds) or King Standard is $133 + taxes/night. Book before January 7th, 2022. Canad Inns has a water park featuring slides, kiddie pools and a hot tub. The hotel has several watering holes and a restaurant. This hotel is connected to the conference venue - you do not have to go outside to reach the conference rooms.
Holiday Inn Express Brandon: This hotel is located across the street from the Keystone Centre. The Prairie Organics rate for a Standard (2 Queen beds) or King Standard is $145 + taxes/night. Mention the conference when booking. This rate is good until January 8, 2022.
PARKING
There is plenty of free parking at the Keystone Centre. If you're staying at Canad Inns on 18th Street, you can park in front of the hotel and walk through the breezeway to the Prairie Organics registration desk in City Square/Exhibition Hall (turn right into the first room after the breezeway). If coming just for the day, you can also access City Square/Exhibition Hall from the back of the Keystone Centre (east side). If you're heading south on 18th, turn left (east) on the first street after Canad Inns (Queen's Ave.) and drive around behind Canad Inns. You can park close to the Curling Club and take Entrance B or C. If you can't navigate stairs, there is a ramp at the Curling Club entrance just to the north of the Main entrance. For exhibitors, the loading area is through Door 8 near Entrance C on the map below.
TRANSPORTATION
Brandon has its own airport, but flights are limited with direct flights only via Westjet from Calgary. If you're coming by air from destinations east of Calgary, it is more convenient to fly to Winnipeg and take the airport shuttle.
